Despite these challenges, Ghulam Fatima continues to care for her grandchildren, offering them love and support as they pursue their studies. While her elder son's children live separately with their own families, Ghulam Fatima's role as a guardian remains crucial. With a low income and limited resources, Ghulam Fatima relies on the kindness of relatives and neighbors to get by.
