Sab Saath Inc. a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 99-2618285) registered in the United States is responsible for processing your personal information. Sab Saath provides its services in relation to donations, both online and offline (altogether, the “Services”), as well as interactions with you. We collect information from you when you visit and take actions on our Services. We use this information to provide and manage our Services. We use cookies and similar technologies to provide a better experience, improve our website track usage patterns and conduct marketing. Information we collect:

The type of information we collect and receive will vary depending upon if you are an individual or an organisation. We require certain basic information to give you an access to our portal. Normally we collect the following information:

For Individuals

  1. Information you provide when you donate on sabsaath.org website such as First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Contact #, Postal Address, Country and Donation Amount etc.
  2. Information you provide when you log on to our website such as Name, Email ID, Phone #, Postal Address, City, and Country etc.

For Organizations

  1. Information you provide when you log on to sabsaath.org such as Name, Email ID, Phone #, Postal Address, City, and Country etc.
  2. Information you provide via official communications with Sab Saath, Inc. and/or Zaman Foundation.
  3. Information you provide when you respond to pledges and declarations while registering at our website Sab Saath.
  4. Documents you provide when registering for an online account including business name, business email address, organization, organization’s physical address, direct telephone number, TIN/NTN, Registration / Founding Documents, Audited Accounts, Financial Reports Etc.

  4. For managing and promoting our projects and activities.

Update your information. If you have a Donor account, you can review and update certain account information by logging into your account. You may also contact us to request deletion of your account and certain personal information. If we delete your account, you will not be able to access it.

Opt-out of marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing-related emails and other communications by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions in the communications you
receive from us. If you have a Donor services account, you may also manage your subscriptions by logging into your account and updating your subscription preferences in your account. You may continue to receive services-related and other non-marketing emails.

Online tracking opt-out. You can opt out of interest-based advertising as described in our Cookie Policy (link: cookie policy).

Personal information requests. You may opt out of marketing-related emails and other communications by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions in the communications you
receive from us. If you have a Donor services account, you may also manage your subscriptions by logging into your account and updating your subscription preferences in your account. You may continue to receive services-related and other non-marketing emails.

  • Information about how we have collected and used personal information. We have made this information available to you without having to request it by including it in this Privacy Policy.
  • Access to a copy of the personal information that we have collected about you. Where applicable, we will provide the information in a portable, machine-readable, readily usable format.
  • Correction of personal information that is inaccurate or out of date.

Terms of Agreement:

This policy defines the “Terms of agreement” between you (the user/donor/beneficiary/applicant /organization) and Sab Saath. This agreement is essential to follow as it allows us to run our website successfully for the stakeholders. Please read the terms of agreement and refund policy carefully before you continue to browse or use the services provided to you on this Sab Saath platform.

  • This website/portal is offered to you on the conditional basis that you comply with the terms & conditions, and notices contained herein. Sab Saath may revise the Terms of Agreement at any time without directly notifying the users/donors/beneficiaries/applicants /organizations.
  • By making a payment online, you are acknowledging and agreeing with all the terms and conditions of Sab Saath.
  • You acknowledged and agreed that Sab Saath has control over your donated funds when a payment is executed successfully.
  • Sab Saath is a non-profit organization that brings registered and accredited NGOs together to coordinate relief efforts across Pakistan.
  • You acknowledge that the information present on the Sab Saath Website, if not stated otherwise, is original and retains exclusive copyright. No material from this website may be copied, modified, transmitted, posted, or distributed in any form without receiving written or official permission from this organization.
  • Its Sab Saath’s Management sole discretion to accept or reject any request for grant/ assistance/ emergency etc. Its decision w.r.t to approval of any applicant request will be final and neither questionable nor challengeable in any court of law.

Donor Account Activation:

When you sign up, you will receive an email for activating your account by setting up your password. Through your donor account dashboard, you can:

  1. View and manage your profile
  2. View your donation history

Payment Card Security:

Sab Saath cannot access or save your payment card information. PayPal, Stripe and PayFast are PCI DSS compliant (set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment).

Note: Your bank may charge a transaction fee for credit and debit card based transactions. Please contact your bank for questions pertaining to transaction fee.

Safeguarding Your Information:

Sab Saath understands the importance of keeping your information secure and confidential. We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information.

We follow industry best practices and standards for security. We use a variety of physical and technical measures, policies, and procedures (such as access control procedures, network firewalls,

encrypting data at rest, encrypting data in transit, and physical security) designed to protect our systems and your Personal Information.
