This family of three, a visually impaired diabetic husband, his ailing wife, and their young daughter, needs daily, life-saving insulin which they cannot afford. Zain, blind since childhood, moved to Lahore hoping for work, but his condition made earning impossible. His wife, also diabetic, works as a maid to support the family, but their income barely covers rent and basic necessities. Now, their six-year-old daughter has been diagnosed with diabetes, deepening the family’s crisis.
