Muhammad Ashraf is currently a heart patient who suffered a sudden heart attack about a year ago. Since that time, he has been unable to work. While some compassionate relatives have extended a helping hand, his career as a rickshaw driver remains uncertain. Adding to his challenges, his wife is afflicted with a kidney disease, and they have a disabled son. Ashraf is sincerely seeking assistance in the form of ration support since his family lacks a stable source of income
