Shumaila Kashif is living in a rented house with her family of six and is facing severe financial hardship. Almost all of the members of family are suffering from chronic illnesses. Shumaila herself has diabetes, while her husband, Kashif, is dealing with diabetes, heart problems, and muscle issues. Their son Atif and daughter Mehak also have diabetes, and another son, Bilal, is suffering from psoriasis.
With so many ongoing health conditions, the family is under constant medical and financial pressure. Their only stable source of income comes from one son who works at a mobile repair shop, along with some limited support from relatives. However, this income is not enough to manage both medical expenses and daily household needs.
