Khadija tul Kubra, a 22-year-old woman is battling a liver tumor and has already undergone two previous surgeries. Despite the previous surgical treatments, the tumor has now reoccurred, which is a serious setback for her and her family.
A biopsy is urgently required to evaluate the current condition of the tumor, confirm its nature, and allow the physicians to determine the most appropriate course of further treatment.
Her father supports the family by running a small fruit cart. His modest daily earnings barely cover the basic household needs, and the cost of repeated hospital visits, surgeries, and follow up sessions has already placed a heavy burden on the family.
The estimated cost of the required biopsy is far beyond what they can afford. Without this procedure, her treatment cannot move forward, and any delay could allow the disease to progress further.
